How do you place an order?

When you find a product you would like to purchase, click on the 'Add to cart' button and it will appear in your shopping cart. To review your order click on the shopping bag symbol in the top right corner of the website where you can remove items and change quantities. Once you are happy with your order click ‘Checkout’. You will then be asked to provide your name, email and shipping address. Once completed click ‘Continue’ and you will be taken through to our secure payment pages hosted by Shopify where you will need to enter payment details. On completion of the order an automated email with a summary of the items you have purchased will be sent to you confirming your transaction.

How long will it take to process my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, but during exceptionally busy periods there may be a short delay. The best way to track delivery is via your edwards x edwards account.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Paypal.

What if a product is temporarily of stock? 

If a product is temporarily out of stock please drop a quick line to and one of our team will notify you as soon as it is available again. Alternatively keep checking the website or you can keep up to date with our latest products/ re-stocks by joining our mailing list.

Can I use a discount code?

From time to time, we offer special promotions and discounts using unique codes which can be activated at checkout. To apply a discount, place all the items you wish to order in your 'Shopping Cart' and click ‘Checkout’. You will then be redirected to the order summary page where you can add the code into the ‘Gift card or discount code’ box visible on the right hand side.

How can I cancel an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will only be able to cancel the order before it has been made and packed or dispatched. If it is too late to cancel and the item arrives with you, you will need to follow our returns process to return the order to us for a refund.
