UK delivery terms
For most items standard delivery is via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery in a large letter format that can be posted through a letter box. For next day delivery via Royal Mail Special delivery a signature will be required and if nobody was available then a card will be left at your local delivery office so that you can arrange redelivery or collection.
International delivery
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery to Europe. This is subject to any delays with customs. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery to the Rest of the World again subject to any customs delays.
